Happy online shopping

I struggle with trying to keep my purchases to my SA in-store but I live in a super competitive city and every time I go I feel like supply for everything is low. I put in some orders for tableware back in December but haven’t heard if they ever came in. I’ve since ordered a handful of plates online every time I’ve seen them on the site but I always feel guilty inside. What’s the best way to manage this? Every time I ask about the plates order she just tells me she doesn’t know when they will come in. Are there certain items I should try to order online through her?
If your end goal is to be offered a quota bag you should keep all of your purchases with your SA

My SA has mentioned to me that if I want to get something online, let her know, then I would go to the store and she would order directly online for me. I rarely shop on H.com. Only for petit h items. Maybe some twillys because those don’t really count for QB. She also mention that a lot of the items, especially jewelry, you can order but you’ll might still have a long wait as those items way be back ordered.

So, for your own sense of mental sanity, I'm going to point out something on the H website that most people don't know...a lot of items get listed (especially housewares and jewelry) that aren't immediately available. See my screenshot below for an example, but a lot of pages say, "Please note this item will be subject to delivery delay" which means the item isn't immediately available and will come eventually...just like at the store. So if you're looking at tableware especially, note that the website may be just as timely as your in-store SA. Don't let the website trick you

Yes, very true that there are plenty of items on the website with a long lead time but I’m tempted by the ones that are immediately available (and sell out quickly) and arrive in a reasonable amount of time. (I could build a whole collection of plates in a short amount of time just stalking the website vs waiting forever in-store.) I’d love it if I could manage to order everything through her!

And they're so hard to get in store as well! Ugh
I have the browser opened at the purchasing page but it's kind of pointless if I can't refresh all day. who has the time except for professional reseller I guess?
they don't refresh all day either. They have a bot that processes the auto refresh and then notifies them of a change. That is how they are able to purchase before anyone else. Hopefully they can increase production soon so there is more for everyone

I wonder if the Hermes.com customer service would be responsive to changing how the website works if they knew from upset customers how exactly the resellers are rigging the system.

I wish they would!

Honestly if they just held the item in the cart for 3-4 mins and forced the “person“ checking out to do a “human verification test“ I think that might stop the “bots” from purchasing. I don’t believe bots can be successful at visual verification tests….(or can they?):panic:
