My (very) wide lady feet are loving the Chypre men’s sandals. I normally wear a EU 39 but took home the men’s 41. Thankfully, my SA gently encouraged me to ‘just try them on’ in a noir epsom with red edges. I find them much more comfy than an Oran or Oasis (and they don’t make that annoying clickety-clackity sound when going down stairs…)
Husband and I had a great laugh because they fit his (slightly) longer but (much) slimmer feet as well. He’s already declared that he may borrow them if he needs to go luxe-casual and his Dr Martens sandals just won’t do

I did!
They only had 39 in stock when I went to check out (which is my actual size), but last time I got a men’s 40 due to the curved edges and my wide feet... so will have to see if they fit or not!
Glad you snapped them, I had them all available when I checked but already have the black takara so convinced myself I did not need them... but love them.

They’re here! Amazing customer service from Hermes - ordered less than 24 hrs ago to my doorstep. The women’s 39 fit more snug than my men’s unisex 40 but are more comfortable because of the shearling... can I justify keeping both? Also does anyone have any experience of how the shearling will wear?

I think the shearling cover is quite thin. I haven't worn my pair yet but can see some slight bald patches before even wearing them.
I generally do prefer the ladies version though as the H is not as heavy as the mens cut.

Update: I found them and I’m obsessed. So comfy!
Update: wore them pretty much all day today (the black shearling pair) and unfortunately they stained my feet which I have read can be an issue... anyone know what can be done about this?
Oh wow they both look so gorgeous! I’m so jealous. I returned my black leather pair as they were too wide and I went into Harrods last week as they said they had a 39 in store but it was a stock discrepancy :’( l
