Sorry for all the noob questions. But I noticed the fall/winter ‘22 RTW is off the website. I was just looking at it on Friday and fell in love with a pair of beach shorts. I had decided to call an SA tomorrow and ask if it was available, and if not, would ask him to order it from me. Well, now they’re not on the website. Almost all the sizes were available Friday, I didnt think it would sell out if that’s the case.

Is there a chance they’ll pop up again? Or stay in the stores until they’re sold out? I still plan on texting the SA tomorrow to ask. I’m just so disappointed right now.

Just because it's off the website doesn't mean it's gone. There's often older stock in store, plus your SA can do a search. (Plus the H website bears little if any resemblance to reality ;).) There is hope!

Asking as a man and a non crossbody expert. When I wear my Hac a Dos with a jacket on (but unzipped), I find it scary how much friction there is with the zipper track and the canvas strap. Is there a concern that overtime, the rubbing will hurt the strap? Hope that's clear. Attaching the H picture of the bag here, although I wear it in back, not in front.

Any friction over time will cause damage. If you use the Hac a Dos sparingly it should be fine. Maybe wear a jacket that has buttons instead of zipper.
Btw, it looks really stylish on you

IMO yes. I’ve had friction damage to designer RTW from crossbody bags, and while I do not have a HAC a dos, I’ve had wear to my Evelyne straps along the edges. But, I am usually more concerned about my RTW than the bag. I have experienced crossbody damage to boucle, knits, and a favorite calf hair jacket (pilling or bald spots). I think a jacket zipper that is fully engaged can be flattened into the seam of the jacket, and that may be safer for the strap. I would also take a bit of care laying the bag across the body. You could also wear a scarf over the zipper.

DH wears Evelyn selliers and other bags crossbody. His leather jacket zippers have not caused any serious damage to the strap, but he tends to wear the crossbody bags with denim jackets or buttoned coats. But, he is not a fan of canvas straps and prefers the leather strap of his sac a depeches 21

Can anyone recommend a good bag insert for the Evelyn TPM? I have seen a few but heard some are better than others. I really want to protect my bag shape from my keys. Thank you!!
The 7RP insert for the evelyne TPM is a game changer. It turns the bag into a WOC and has the most thoughtfully designed card and pen slots. It is a perfect fit and enhances the bag shape beautifully. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Noob question- would getting a Kelly or Constance to go wallet delay getting a quota bag? Would this purchase count toward the overall spend? Thanks in advance

No, those purchases should not delay being offered a quota bag. I have seen and heard different rules regarding what counts towards spend, so it may depend on where you shop. Nonetheless, please do not feel deterred from purchasing a Kelly or Constance-to-go (or anything else you love)! In my experience, one is most likely to be offered a bag when they show genuine appreciation and interest in the brand. Best of luck. :flowers:

Hi everyone, this is a weird question but I am curious.

Where I am (Europe), SAs always remove the sticker on the bags / SLGs before wrapping the purchases. Is there any store in the world that the SAs keep (or let us keep) the sticker on the box? I just find it more useful in terms of identification in my storage. Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is the same where I am in the US (in-store and Hermes.com).

Now I snap a picture in the boutique whenever I can.

Unfortunately, it is the same where I am in the US (in-store and Hermes.com). Like you, I just want it for identification purposes. I purchased a Birkin at FSH and am 99% sure it is Clemence, but when I sent it through a German store to get my initials on it, they listed it as Togo. I have another bag that I have already forgotten the leather- Madame Veau I think. I clicked so fast on my last two Hermes.com purchases, that I really had to dig to confirm the leathers.

Now I snap a picture in the boutique whenever I can. Managed a snap of 2 of my Picos...

I do the same. Always take a pic of label on bag before it's removed. I asked my SA and it's mandated by corporate

Is this "videopoches" bag a new bag style? Seems kinda cool, and useful as a small crossbody purse - almost a wallet on chain version of Evelyne. Listed under men's.
