Nurse-Congrats! I'm so proud of you. I knew you could do it.

Brennamom-I had no idea that Cartier and VCA are sister companies. Good to know. See, you learn something everyday! I can't wait to see what you decide on.

ATG-Gorgeous Wreath. You are so talented.

EtoupeBirkin- Hope the doggie is feeling better. Thanks for the comments about my mom. I look nothing like her and sadly I'm not nearly as fashionable as she is. People always tell me how beautiful my mom is and then there is me who well I'm not. She is a good mom, a really good mom but sometimes it hard having a mom whom is so pretty.

Lulilu-Thanks! My mom appreciates all the sweet comments. Makes her head swell though. LOL.

Just wondering...is my new signature in poor taste?

I love it!!

I don't think I could get through winter without Uggs. These are my current favs. Sooo warm!

I have the same ones, I'm wearing them today.

Morning everyone,
:sunshine::sunshine::sunshine:
I lurve Uggs, I have the Ugg clogs in the parchemin(ish) color, the moon boots in brown, and a pair of the Jimmy Choo Uggs in black. I would never have gotten them, but 20% of the sale went to St. Judes, so I figured what the heck. They are outrageous though.

I love those but would destroy them in seconds. I'm hard on my shoes.

Just saying hi, will try popping in at lunch. Have a good day everyone! :wlae:

You too!!

We are getting a snow storm here tonight into tomorrow morning. Possibly 18 inches and guess what? I HAVE TO GO into work! No matter what. 18 inches!!! Shoot me now.

You will be fine, and we're all here for you. No matter what they find, you'll be better informed and better able to make the best decision for Winky possible.

Winky is getting chemo right now

Restricter - hope all goes well with Winky. I don't get a chance to post much - but have been keeping up with his progress.

We did chemo with our one Lhasa for lymphoma and it worked well. He tolerated it quite well - only had a few times where he lost his appetite.

Depending on what Winky is getting, he may get one treatment where he loses some of his hair. That happened to Ted and we bought him a doggy sweater to wear. When the hair came back in, it was Ronald McDonald red - he was normally gold and black - and it was curly. He looked ridiculous for a while - but it gradually went back to normal.

He had three more years of very-good-quality life and lived a normal Lhasa life span.

Good vibes for you and Winky. Sounds like you already know the treat drill - that is the other key - to find something they like to eat when they are feeling a little under the weather. However, they also learn to work that system pretty fast.

Cindy
