I will probably hit the town shopping in a couple of weekends with one of my friends... maybe stop off at H to see if I can find some goodies for my Dbf. --A little early V-day shopping :smile1: (lol, or an excuse to run to H? ;)) Anyway, I'll wear my new baby out and hopefully get spotted in the wild running around SF! lol

Please post pics of the shoe shelf--sporting your heels!

Oh, don't worry. Birthdays aren't a big deal for me. I always end up celebrating a month later or so. And 25 is scary. I feel sooo old and I haven't any kids or a husband or anything like that. Especially since where I come from people get married early. It kind of freaks me out.

Welcome home C'bella! Snuffle the O-dog fer me.

DH started making Blu-Ray noises again. He is forbidden from buying one - he has hundreds of DVDs & an obsessive personality. That means he'll want to re-buy every dang movie he owns! I told him if he does that, I will immediately go out & buy a Birkin. One DVD upgrade & I'm hitting "H"! He quieted down.

I'm doing a ton of housework & baking to distract me from the fact that all my fellow puppeteer pals are on set for the new Muppet movie & I'm siittin' at home. It's fun to be penalized for your spouse's success! Back to cakes!

OMG, Mindi. You are so perceptive -- and kind not to point out the obvious learning difficulties I have. I evidently have been dyslexic my entire life and self diagnosed it not so long ago. I cannot be trusted with a pen, a keyboard, or even a thought, because it just comes out a** backwards.
So,
D is for the for the dimples that just make me cute,
Y is for the you that tries to help me for real
S is for the silliness that I try to feign
L is for the lashings that I had to endure by teachers, parents and mean girls
E is for the eating that comforts me when I screw up
X is for the marks that my teachers marked through my tests in school
I is for I GIVE UP
and
A is for what I give myself for Effort.

And, I really hope that spells DYSLEXIA.

Hey Peeps! Popping in to say hi. I discovered an amazing new cat toy for Jinjy -- Hot Wheels. He loves 'em. Little man has a 72 Mustang Fastback in red and a yellow Calloway C7. Good times. Winky's been eating me out of house and home and thankfully Smuffy is as sweet as ever.

Off to vacuum. Be back soon.
