I was there twice this year ( Feb and July). I didn't meet the SA I met in Feb but the store manager was the same. Offered bags both visits (NQBs). They are very nice and welcoming.

In case it helps anyone (I was in Mexico City, not Cancun) but the SA there told me that Mexico Hermes stores do NOT link / share profiles with other stores abroad. So what you buy in Mexico, stays in Mexico. This was simply in the context of asking DH for all his info.

Mexico City, nice, friendly, tiny but cute. Not much RTW. I’m not in the market for bags, so didn’t ask. But, there was a small selection of bags on display.

I can attest to that. I was also in Mexico recently and I had to create a whole new profile, as if I had never shopped at H. I was astonished because I thought the SA could just look up my information (since it's still technically North America) but he had no clue I even existed in Hermes system. 😇
