My friend just came back to the store, they have NO smaller bags for example Birkin 25 … or Kelly 25… the SA told me friend even if she bought the whole store, she still can’t offer it to her.

Hello all, can I ask for a favor here? For anyone that had recently made a purchase at the Mexico H boutiques, can you help me look at the card envelope where they use to keep the paper receipt and do a comparison? I just bought a bag from a reseller that claimed to have sourced the bag from one of the Mexico boutiques but when I looked at the H receipt envelope and after comparing to my US H’s receipt envelope, it looks “off” to me. Please refer to pics and kinda share your perspective on whether the H logo fr your Mexico sourced paper envelope is also kinda “unclear” . The one I wrote “her’s” was from the reseller and the other one with “mine fr US” was the envelope I obtained from my in store purchase in the US. TIA!

Receipt holder isn’t a good indicator of authenticity. Highly recommend independent paid authentication of the bag itself by bababebi.

Popped in on Feb 24, unfortunately didn’t take pictures. Not much stock of bags except for those on display. I did specifically ask for picotin 18 and Evelyn TPM however they had 0 for either anyways. They did have newer collection of shoes and some scarves.

Hi! Has anyone had better luck reaching out to an SA before their trip to the store? Really want a Kelly 25 or smaller but seems unlikely given the other posts on their stock… and if so, would someone mind sharing their SA info, if you found them helpful and friendly? :smile:

Hey everyone. Just sharing my experience. I visited the Cancun store today. Stock was very limited (unless you want a clic h or perfume) and I personally found the SAs very stand offish and not very knowledgeable. For example, DH is always looking for shoes in his size in a variety of styles and the SAs could not have been less interested. I was interested in seeing the orans available and although they had a limited selection in colours I already owned, I was interested in a white pair in a different leather to my old pair. When I asked about the leathers… the SA had no answer. Similarly, they had an absolutely gorgeous Bolide on display (a suspect a 40, but it could have been even larger) and I was discussing how I am looking for a bolide 1923 in my home boutique. When I mentioned the 1923 and tried to discuss its features v the regular bolide, the SAs looked like I was barking mad! I asked a few questions and again… blank faces!

Safe to say I wouldn’t take a special trip to the H boutique in Cancun again and would rather enjoy the beach. Would highly recommend the SAs at Bvlgari opposite the H boutique though… had the diamond serpenti not been $10K cheaper in Europe I would have had it!!!
