Are you saying SO’s are offered only twice per year total for all SA’s? And only one or two SO’s are placed in total for a year??

SA’s usually get one SO offer per season that they can offer ONE client. So an SA can offer two SO’s per year total, one during the fall/winter season and one during the spring season. The SM approves.
How long I wonder does the SA have to have worked there to be eligible to start offering SO’s hmm
It’s really the SM’s discretion, it’s not so much the SA as the SM. The SA can put you forward but the SM can block it.
Would you say the SA would more so be the one proposing this or would it be okay to bring it up to your SA you’d say? I know many factors probably play into this too, spend, time with the brand, etc. but I’m just wondering what else may help scoring a SO, one can only dream.
You can definitely have that conversation with your SA. It’s definitely a combination of spend, time with the brand and if you have received other offers. A SO is the epitome of “special reward”, so having a very strong relationship with your SA is important, as is you showing a knowledge and understanding of the brand.
Mentioning that owning a chèvre Kelly 28 would be the pinnacle of your collection, knowing that chèvre is only available in SO (if you mean it), helps.

Hopefully I will be able to muster the courage to bring it one day, but I mean worse can happen is be turned down, no surprise with the brand and being in Canada doesn’t help hahaThe store had a mini bolide (probably in rose azalee? Shade) and a 24/24 mini but display only. My SA told me they will eventually move to a bigger location which is good as the boutique is so tiny.

I wonder how did you get your SA in Calgary store? Do I need pick person and ask SA to work for me? I know this is a stupid question. I’m very new to Hermes, and I have bought a bolide pouch at Calgary store very randomly. I have purchased some small things from online as well.

Hi! I think you just go in to take a look (great if you have something in mind already so you can ask for it and possibly make the purchase same visit) and any SA working that day would help you out and if you think that’s the SA you want to continue working with then if they don’t automatically offer their contact (they normally would) then you can ask for it. All the SAs at the Calgary store are quite lovely!

Btw, Is there an expiration date on the purchase history? For example, if I haven't made a purchase in a store for a year, will it be erased? I’m totally not in rush, but I would love to buy bags in the future. (I’m in my early 30's and hope to get bags by the time 40 or so)
Your spend does not expire or reset until you receive a QB. The tricky part though is building a relationship requires you to be in often at least in the initial part so the SA remembers you and keep you in mind. But of course once you find a SA you enjoy working with you can be honest and say you are looking for a QB down the road, but not at the moment. For me I’ve only been with H for 3 years, I went quite frequently for the first 6 months (every 3 weeks). And after my SA knew me I went less often, every 4-6 weeks and now every 4-8 weeks. Since you’re not in a rush just enjoy it
