Hello people! I will be heading to france in April and was just wondering if anybody has any idea about the stock inventory at Lille ? Is there a chance of scoring a B/K or are these reserved for locals only? Thank you so much in advance !

Went to the H Store in Straßbourg last friday. I met a nice Sa when I bought sandals 2 years ago but got the wrong SA this time. As soon as I walked through the door she came to me and sad in a very rude way: We don't have any Birkin or Kelly!
I think I looked a little confused because she repeated it again.
In the end I bought a Twilly from her for my friend who was looking for this design for a long time but I felt very uncomfortable.
Don't know if I will ever going back to this store again.
Fortunately, I have a great SA at my home store.

Wow. You were so kind to still give her any business. I would have said, " Madam, I am looking around and I don't want a Birkin or Kelly."
I said to her that I‘m not looking for a B/K but other things.
I should have asked for another SA to help me but I was too puzzled at that moment.

I scored B25 @ Lille 2 years ago as a walk in.

The Tours store is still around, for those who are wondering. The ladies are super nice, but unfortunately the inventory is pretty sad. I go in whenever I’m in the neighborhood and most of the time can’t find anything on my pretty modest wishlist (which I keep in my head—they don’t seem to assign an SA or otherwise do much to keep track of regular clients other than sending out invites to 1-2 private events each year), so I often leave disappointed even though typically if I’m looking for something I’ll accept it in ANY color other than the 2-3 i don’t like (mostly in the brown/beige/taupe family). Someday I’d like to start a B/K collection but it’s pretty clear that I’ll have to pick a Paris store for that. Occasionally they do have a Bolide but I’m holding out for a color to appear.
hello! Spending a week here in Nice, France. Went to the Hermes store and ask for a birkin or kelly, bèarn mini and h d’ancre ring but they had no stocks as i was told. Will drive to St. Tropez and try my luck hehe so fun shopping and dining in France.

Was wondering if anyone can share any experience with boutiques on the South coast of France? I am specifically interested in Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Marseille and Lyon. Would greatly appreciate any referrals to a lovely SA at any of these locations. I’m looking to cross off some items on my wish list, but (of course) will also be very grateful for a bag offer if I get lucky.
Lastly, was wondering if anyone remembers the title of that post not so long ago where a lady was offered a choice of two lovely Ks at some location on the South Coast? Can’t seem to find it. May thanks in advance

I bought a GP in Cannes a few years ago in September. Super easy experience. I walked right in, told them what I was looking for (black GP 36) and got it. Cannes is a medium sized store.
Monaco was under renovation at the time but I think that is where the best bags would be as there are so many HNW people. However they may reserve them for the regular clients.
I also visited the H in Aix en Provence. Pretty but tiny!
Unfortunately I don’t remember the SA I had in Cannes.
