Do you love Hermes scarfs from older seasons with jacquard patterns? Happy to see it on US Hermes web site? Just STOP for a second. I have a story to tell.

I did buy Brazil Tattoo 90 cm jacquard silk from AW 2017 season on US H.com this 2022 year. And received … SALE stamped scarf! Unbelievable. Never had such disgrace from Hermes. They sent a sale stamped scarf for a new raised $480 US price that cost $395 in 2017 year new and $215 US on sale. The 5 years old scarf with SALE stamp can only be sold on a sale but not in online H.com website.

This is NOT a joke. This is real trash coming from Hermes official online store. I have two more scarf in a mail from AW 2017 season. I am sure it will be sale scarfs too.

Hermes last year became a trashy business. I had multiple problems from Hermes. I received scarfs with perfume smell, worn scarfs with lot of creases, scarfs without paper tag, scarfs with care tag torn, tiny orange boxes with shawl pressed in it, and finally SALE stamped scarf. Did Hermes personnel is selling scarf from a personal employee gifting pool? Or something illegal is going on there?

I am wondering what is going on with Hermes, but still have no meaningful response yet. Hermes think that their business above all its customers and they are gods sending alms to us. Hermes became unfair, deceptive, and fraudulent business.

Shame on Hermes!

I have a few sale scarves, bought from a reseller and that s was stamped onto the fabric. That said, what you experienced is BEYOND! I have no words.

(besides that: wait a minute... they hosted a huge sale over Europe and the US, which was already "funny" and weren't able to sell those scarves so they took it back onto the website? hahahaa, too funny. And tells a lot, combined with those price increases and closing 2 H locations over here... Odds are, that we'll see times coming back when Birkins sit on the shelves.oh lucky days... ;) That said: selling a sales item for full price is funny and disgusting at the same time - so sorry for you:(
 
If you think it's just " real trash" coming from the website..why do you have two more purchases in the mail from them? If I'm not happy buying from somewhere. I don't.

Because I bought all three scarfs at the same time. Mail is awkward these days. Will send it back to Hermes immediately if sale stamp is present. I'll not support Hermes by reselling this trash to let them gain profit on unfair sale.
 
I once purchased a twilly that had reappeared on the website after it was sold out. I was super excited to receive it and super disappointed when it came as a completely different twilly than the one I ordered. The tag with product code was for the one I did order. It was obviously switched at some point. I was irritated that no one caught the mistake, but after thinking about it I doubt anyone in the shipping department scrutinizes returns to that level. I had no issues with my refund when I explained what happened in my request for a return. I'm sure you will have no problems with a refund. I hesitate to consider a mistake as unfair/deceptive/fradulent, but hey that's only my opinion.
 
Seems like a mistake was made so what is the outcome that you want? Do you want a refund of the difference between the $480 you paid and the $215 sale price and you'll keep the scarf marked as being on sale? Or do you want another one of that same scarf that isn't marked as being on sale that you'd pay the full $480 for?
 
Is Hermes refusing to receive your return and refund you the entire purchase back?
If not, just return the scarves and never shop at Hermes or online shop again.
Show your anger and distain with your wallet. It's your right as a consumer.
I'm sure we all have received things from online that didn't meet our expectations. To call a brand which a lot of people on here consider their love / passion "unfair, deceptive, and fraudulent" based on one bad transaction from the online store seems a bit rash. Well at least to me. But what do I know?

Everything else (?) aside, why do you consider an Hermes scarf to be “This is real trash coming from Hermes official online store”? TRASH? Wait, don’t bother answering. Sigh.
