Please please, no more polka dot and wallpaper on the classic designs. We would go nuts if the classics were just left as is with some fun new color ways. I’m a huge 140cm fan and am gutted when I see the darn polka dots.
Yes ITA. When I saw the Pegasus on the damask print I thought it was a tablecloth. I liked the dots on Les Ailes de Soie of a couple of years ago. But now, they are a distraction as Les Tambours says from the overall artistry and design.
I was hoping for some avocado greens with a yellow undertone. I thought from press day that olive would be featured in the scarf collection.

I’m in for anti polka dot petition , I unfortunately remember the years when Princess Diana did polka dots like every day
Polka dots after a season of heavy, dark winter clothes can signal spring. In that moment of time they look fresh. Coming in autumn, they look tired. They are a gimmick. And they are not sophisticated. (But in early spring, that doesn't matter).

I've been lurking on this thread in eager anticipation of the new scarves/shawls coming to my H store. I'm posting just to comment that Ex Libris looks wonderful on you @bunnycat and your mod pic is making me want that particular scarf! So gorgeous and a great outfit too [emoji173]️[emoji173]️[emoji173]️

Thank you hephephippo! I think based on the pics in this thread, the reissue looks like it may be similar to the original. In that case, I think the polka dots ought to be fine. (I like the dark blue one and the burgundy color.)

Well! I never! I'm packing up my polka dots and heading home. :blah:

:roflmfao:

Thank you for sharing @chkpfbeliever. Didn't expect it to be this gorgeous irl! It's called Selle de Dignitaire (Dignitary's Saddle).

P.S. border has polka dots ;)

 they had to sneak it in somehow!

Thank you saranga for doing this. I wear my scarves in a basic fold and rarely ever see them folded this way when people provide mod shots. Very helpful.

My favorite design so far is Acte III. So I decided to try and origami it, to see how it might tie. I got the idea from Maitai's blog... Also—thank you so much @yodaling1 for all your hard work!!

Only CWs 14, 15, and 16—being lighter colorations—did not print very well. But I thought the others were okay enough, and I really couldn't wait for real life pictures to decide which ones I might love, lol! I must also thank my friend for editing the CW numbers into the pictures, as I'm not too handy with Photoshop:flowers:

Thanks so much and this is a lot of work for you. But you make it so much easier now for me to decide. I like at least 2 colorways.
