I really wanted this bag to work out but for me it didn't stay on my shoulder the way I would want it to. If it slides down at every turn, I won't use it - sadly, won't be keeping it.

What a shame. I don’t have this issue, but wonder if the strap will behave better as it softens with time. Brand new it is very stiff and being wide, I can see why it would not stay on. Given I am quite tiny, I am able to wear it crossbody, but both ways work on my shoulders.

Thank you very much, both. It's a lovely bag that doesn't lean too casual and will still look polished with a more refined look than what I was wearing in the photos. However, indeed, the strap is very wide and the buckle is very prominent - to me it's an eye-catcher, makes the bag stand out and fits the clever design elements. I can see how it may be bothering if one doesn't have a preference for thicker straps. I am curious to see the strap width on the smaller version - it appears to be a lot slimmer from the pictures, but still equally wide in proportion to the body of the mini.
