(As an aside, My SA loved this little one for me. It is cute but barely fits anything. Phone and keys sort of thing but cool vibe and design). Happy to share more pics of the Arcon if it’s helpful to anyone

Was this clemence or Togo? I love this color!! Would love to see if you ordered it.

My SA told me that the small version of the arçon was ordered for the boutique. She listed me for the small version in gris misty. However, she could not yet give any indication regarding exact time of delivery. I am patiently waiting!

I had no idea that the Arcon is being produced in Gris Misty. So far, I've seen it in Gold, Noir, and Rouge Sellier

I didn’t purchase it but I wanted to say Togo or probably a different leather it doesn’t have a large grain if I remember, and then some of the detail elements I think are Swift. Someone who owns it may be able to pitch in

I went into the Madison nyc boutique today and they no longer had the mini arcons on display. The SA said they wont be available until the fall, is this true? When I asked her kindly “are you sure there are no mini arcons available” as I did not see her bother to check stock, she said “i dont know why people are so distrusting.” And gave me a really poor response in poor taste. That put me off completely because I shouldn’t have to explain to you that the hermes “game” makes people question, but also if a customer is potentially there to drop $$ks and you call them distrusting, that is poor customer service. I was put off completely.

There are kinder/more appropriate ways to respond to my ask, such as “please rest assured there’s no stock, trust me!” Or something that would put the customer at ease, not on defensive mode.

I was there on Thursday and saw a wall of Arcons both large and small; I wonder if they were on display to encourage interest. Not meaning to be disingenuous here but sometimes I think the displays are a bit of a marketing tease and while we all suspect that there may have been at least one mini Arcon in the back maybe they really are awaiting a follow-on delivery of bags to be shipped just before the August break and that would be more generally available after Labor Day (according to the usual caveats at Madison). My point is somewhat along the lines of ‘sometimes a banana really is a banana’. Fingers crossed that you’ll find one in a color and leather to your liking before too long. :flowers:
