I used mine for a trip to Vegas and it was so handy and I didn't ven think about damaging the bottom-its brown leather.
It fits nicely under the seat in an airplane and it holds much. I was going to a conference and it was perfect for papers, notebook, agenda and wallet and a bottle of water and a makeup bag. It fits nicely on shoulder, I never had problem with it falling off my shoulder. LOOOOOOOVE IT!
I saw it in LV IN cEASER'S fORUM SHOPS AND IT WAS NICE TO GET COMPEMENTED BY LV SALES PERSONS.
