I follow a bunch on Instagram. If you see who I follow you can find a bunch. I cannot list them all. @marinitelady

I was here wondering... What would make you risk on a purchase, when you find an unknown luxury online shop?

Great thread. Just wanted to know if there are any consignment stores that I can visit in New York. Id love to get a pre loved Keepall 45B. I'm planning to visit soon. (: thank you
Take your time doing some research first. Check out online reviews. Look at ripoffreport.com, BBB, etc. Ask here on TPF too. If you're not sure, don't buy. Happy shopping!
Thank you so much Coachlover. It´s just because I see some very interesting, but not famous, online luxury pre-loved shops and was wondering if they might be real... But if everyone is affraid, there will be no one to make the first review... Actually, it is like a shot in the dark, a wild goose chase...
I hate to say it, but I'd rather go to tried and tested stores. Good luck. Enjoy yourself.
Thanks for these NYC consignment shops! Michael's and a second chance had some nice finds on their sites! What a good list! There is also La Boutique Resale ( Madison Ave between 80 & 81st)
very close to Michael's & also Encore (Madison Ave & 84th St & also
a shop Biz which is a couple of doors away from Encore.
Ina is great & she has a couple of newer locations in NYC
There is also a resale shop a couple of blocks down from the new
Barney's on 7th avenue & 17th Street
It totally is the truth! Honestly, I've been extremely good the past 2 years, so I decided to treat myself. So this past week I bought:
iPad
iPad cover
2 new pairs of shoes,
7 tank tops
1 bra
15 pairs of panties
40" Sony TV
1 Eau De Parfum,
1 Eau De Toilette
4 foundations,
1 BB Cream
1 mascara
1 eyeliner
6 lip colours
1 bronzing powder,
1 blusher
1 pair slippers
3 cardigans
1 pair shorts......
Ummm. I think I went just a tad overboard, and I don't regret one thing......lmao:lolots: My birthday is on the 20th. Wonder what I'll be buying me for me, he he he he he!
