Minne, I have used mine in bad weather without issue. The saffiano leather can surely handle, and the nylon seems to be able to wipe away the water..I don’t think it’s fully repellent, but doesn’t soak up water. I actually received a bag all creased from HB once..I took a steamer to it and it handled that ok [emoji108]! The canvas material Jetsetters I think would be more absorbent in a downpour though...

Hi, Reba! Thank you for your response. This is good to know. (I've been spoiled by my MZW and Longchamp bags.) Now, I'll take my jetsetter for a spin on the next bad weather day.

I saw it at the store last week - it is very nice in person and overall external size is decent (not too big, not too small). I didn’t think to put my stuff in it to see what it would hold because I wasn’t going to buy it since I was buying something else. Ugh! But now that it’s marked down even more I’m thinking of ordering it online since I won’t be able to make it back to the store any time soon.

I was eyeing the smaller size when it first came out. Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the closure on the Riverside Collection. It's similar to the Gucci closure where you have to reach under and press up to release the latch. Call me lazy, but I find it too cumbersome when in a hurry! :hrmm: Though pretty, the top handle satchel was quite weighty from my first impressions.

P.S. Anyone else out there think the buckle reminds us of old-school Coach? I can't stop myself from making the connection every time I see it!

I'm very curious to hear your review on this bag! How do you like the color, leather/quilting, interior (how much it holds)? I've been tempted to purchase a 712 bag several times since their release, but couldn't decide if I like either the camera or flap version.

I’ll post some pics a little later.

I did take her out last weekend for some errands. Holds enough for running errands but definitely not big enough for daily bag. The leather is squishy and soft. The zippers are not as smooth as I would like but it could also be the freezing cold making my hands not work [emoji13]

I was debating between this and the one with the flap but went with the camera bag because it’s less bulky looking since the leather is puffy.

It’s a nice size. I can fit my Bendels Turn Key Trifold Wallet, 2 iPhones (a 6 and a 7) and makeup bag with essentials.

AHHH :nuts: You're too much, @halobear!! Thank you for taking the time and going through all the trouble for those detailed photos! Not only is the bag beautiful but your presentation is just as wow. Even got the dress form out (which I also love, btw)!

I was pleasantly surprised at the color because I wrongly assumed I'd be seeing the most recent hot pink. I love this blush color way better (the original neutrals are much more attractive and sophisticated than the saturated neons). I can definitely 'feel' the squishiness through the screen. :amuse:

The 'what fits inside' photos are very helpful! Hmm... just when I was chopping items off my wishlist, you may have just added a 712 on there again!

Oh, I forgot to ask! Is the interior lining striped or a solid color? It seems like it's a different (thicker) quality material than their standard satin lining... almost like a grosgrain feel?
