Henri Bendel Bags Anyone?

Yeah I hear ya... I think I have enough cards to fill most of it... now I'm just trying to compare the dimensions on if it will fit in my small crossbodies...

The continental zip around (the non XL) one fits in the w 57th school bag for example, but then nothing else fits in that section; the school bag has two sections.

Yep, I have the 57th school bag... I know I feel like its tight with any of the crossbodies if you want to fit a regular wallet even. Guess that means I have to get a bigger bag! O darn! LOL I already have my eye on one of newer bags... After this semi-annual sale, I hope they have X amount of dollars off of however much you spend soon because I need this bag in my life..and I'm sure it will go on sale "sale" after I buy it...

Gorgeous! I saw them in person and I really liked how they looked. Very chic and very well suited to a fashionista's home. I love how all their home/gift stuff but it doesn't really match my decor :/

On TPF, I've learned that the answer is always "YES!" Personally, my costume jewelry has mostly all gotten ruined when not stored inside a box so a jewelry box is an investment!

For those Bendel ladies with the Rivington tote, do you find the top hard to close? I'm contemplating on one, but not sure if the breakaway zipper would be cumbersome. Thanks you!

Yeah I haven't seen it in person yet... when I talked to the HB gal at my store though she said that the satchel is gorgeous and thats the first thing she is buying, LOL

My favorite thing about Henri Bendel is that they keep the modern woman in mind and really design bags that fit their needs!
I love this new stamped leather, and the "sundried tomato" color:

And this satchel is absolutely stunning:

And I love the crossbody version:

And I'm such a sucker for monograms of all kind. They have tons of accessories in the new print and they're adorable:

I discovered Henri Bendel this weekend and bought the Modern Icon Satchel in Black (among other things) . I love the design and it seems like a great work bag. Now that I have it home, I am not sure about a few things. 1. It seems so stiff, almost like leather on cardboard - does this soften up? 2. The straps don't fold down and when wearing it cross body, they get in weird positions - anyone else have this issue with Bendel bags? Any ideas to make it less annoying?
