Help with Whiplash Tatum Tote

I found this bag to be heavy even empty. I was really looking forward to this as I love the looks of it. No one else found it heavy??
I did find it heavy but when I load mine up and carry on my shoulder, it's actually quite alright. I guess coz it's because the weight is higher up just under my arms so it's evenly distributed. 😉
Mine doesn't feel heavy when I carry it. But I did feel it was heavy before I bought it. The craftsmanship was too much for me and I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It's very comfortable to carry!
I have the teal and I did find it to be a bit heavy, especially when I put my things in it. However, it wears well and my shoulders are never sore or anything like that.
I love the bag too, no doubt the craftsmanship on this is extraordinary. But I hand or arm carry so for me I think it would be heavier than if I shoulder carried. I might look at it again but am bummed it is not lighter
Totally agree! Carried on my arm for only a short time today. Not comfy at all. A perfect shoulder bag only.
I do love the bag as the workmanship is superb and I wanted an SV bag that would be usable for some time to come; however it is heavy with things in it. I find it's difficult to carry on the arm for that reason and my shoulder does get sore after a while (mostly my neck) and I don't put much in it but I still like it. I suspect over time I will tire of the heaviness for sure. All else aside, it's an amazing tote - just needs to be lighter with all the competition out there.
I had this bag briefly, I found the bag to be a bit heavy. Also the strap was really too small to even carry it on my shoulder.
I have the large size in chalk, but I like it a lot-very durable and not extremely heavy to me, unless really loaded up. One of the bags from SV that I really think is durable!
