I am attending my brothers wedding in a few weeks wearing this, with little black straps

Sorry I couldnt post pic - it wont work for me! I hope this works

I have a black wrap I could wear but to be honest, I don't feel very comfortable carrying them. I don'd mind being cold, as long as I don't look it!

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Is the wedding outside? In cold temperature? Do you have to cover your shoulders at the service? Is there any way you could put the coat or wrap at a coat check or over your seat after you arrive?

Very pretty dress btw.
