Help with Wet Stain on a Light Colored Purse

I set my mini caramel PS11 on an outdoor chair not knowing that it was wet, so the bottom of the purse is now discolored like pictured
Any idea how to treat it? I'm usually very careful and always spray my purses with anti-water spray like Collonil, but I seemed to miss spraying the bottom..
