I recently purchased the calfskin bow tote in blush from Red Valentino. Although I love the texture of the leather, I find that the bag is "slouchy", and doesn't hold its tote shape. I also find that when I close the spring lock on the bag, the bag is asymmetrical. I don't know if this problem is caused by the shipping process. Any tips?

Nothing can be done about the slouchy leather. It is what it is. But if the bag is not symmetrical, perhaps ask the retailer you purchased from if you can exchange for another?
