I was afraid I would feel the logos would dominate the bag and be too much for me, but when I saw the all black and bicolor side by side, I could not take my eyes of the bicolor. Since this is a fairly small bag and the logos are a light beige color (not white) and kind of blending nicely with the black, I do not feel it is more "logomania" than a monogram canvas bag.

I picked up a couple of other goodies today too. One being the the most beautiful shawl I have ever seen - LV or anywhere!!! It is called the So Shine Monogram Shawl in beige (M76337). It had just arrived at the store, so I guess it is quite new. It looks beautiful at the website, but the pics does not do it justice - in person is is stunning!!! I warn you - be aware of the OTG PM in beige multicolor - so so beautiful!! I would have gotten that if I wasn't so afraid of color transfer...

Yes, I really am drawn to that color. I like smaller bags so at this point my option would be the double zip pochette which I’m unsure if I’d like. Hoping LV releases more styles in this material.

So glad you got the bag you wanted! I just bought the all black OTG PM because they didn’t have the bicolor. How long did you have to wait for the bicolor to come in? I’m wondering if I should be more patient and try to get the bicolor because it is so beautiful.

It took 5 days from I ordered it until it arrived in the store. When I went to the store they had both the all black and the bicolor, so I could look at both. Luckily, there was no question for me which one to get when I saw them side by side :smile:

Since you are now in doubt about wether you picked the right bag for yourself, I would contact my SA and tell him/her about my dilemma and make them order the bicolor asap so that you can make the right choice. It is a pricy bag, and it is important to be 100% sure. There is nothing worse than: "I wished I had bought the other one instead..."...I've been there...:annoyed:

They are both beautiful bags and I hope you will be able to choose the one you fall in love with:tup: Good luck deciding!

I love my bag so much that I am very, very tempted to call my SA and order the bicolor in Tourterelle/Creme as well:eek::P

I love the bi-color because it stands out more, more unique bag and a bit more edgy, love the balck and beige. However, there is a lot of logos on it...will I get tired of that? Would you? The all black one is more subtle, no logos in popping out, less edgy but perhaps more classy an will perhaps stand the test of time longer. The all black is a more "safe" option I guess...but more "boring"?

What do you all think? Opinions on the black bi-colour vs the all black??

I can add that I mainy dress in neutrals, casual and sporty style.

I liked the bicolor MM but wouldn’t get it.
I also wouldn’t get any other limited time item though.
Can you see yourself holding it in 10 years and be happy with it?

If you’re a person that likes logos go for it, but don’t expect it to sell at a high price should you want to later in the years.

I recently purchased the all black pm and was surprised to see the price higher on fashionphile than the bicolor! I personally love both looks, but the all black was calling my name.

I’ve only had her for a few weeks but the leather is gorgeous in person. I actually purchased the Pochette Métis first and when I returned home to check my date code I found half of it was missing! When I went back to the store to exchange my SA had this one available and it was even better than the Métis! I like that this one is LV but maybe a little more understated. I live in a smaller town and there’s not a ton of LV pieces around.

Enjoy your bag, it's a stunner. My SA is on vacation. I have to wait.
Are you planning to get an organizer for it? To keep its beautiful structured shape. Some say Empretine is supple leather and losess shape over time. Some say it depends on the construction of the bag itself. What I love about this bag is its form and structure, I hope it stays as it is.

I hope it stays as is also. At this time I’m not planning on getting an organizer as I only prefer them in really large bags. This bag is so sturdy I really can’t imagine it losing its shape. But with that said, it might not be a bad idea to purchase an organizer just to keep in the bag when I’m not using it.
