The Chinese are VERY superstitious. I don't know how to download photos or watermark yet but is there anyway to watermark a Chinese character or phrase onto photos that they would not want posted on their site? Something that they think would bring them "bad Luck"? Or be bad for the luck of their business. The people buying from them know they are buying a fake cheap Hermes. They are immoral (supply the name) buying from immoral sellers. Do they care if the pictures are stolen if they think they can get a bag that looks like the real deal cheap and pass it off? If the website is uncomfortable with posting the Pf photos they might steal elsewhere.

I used Paint to do this. Is this too intrusive to make pic not useful here? Will this be enough to foil thieves?

^S'mom, sadly this seems to be the only option.
I have found a picture of some of my scarves on another site - fortunately it is a reputable one - but did somebody bother asking me? No.
It really amazes me that nothing can be done.
Same here, C...and my colour charts I did AGES ago for the members here - also being used on another site. I'm with Shopmom on this one.

Stealing photos seems to be common in all sorts of categories. My Maltese and others belonging to people I know from a Maltese forum had their pictures stolen from Dogster.com. Even though our Malts were not puppies they were listed on Petfinder.com as puppies for sale with new names, ages etc. These people would then take money for the "puppy" and the buyer would get nothing.

At least Petfinder did finally remove the pics after we sent many emails. It was Petfinder's members who were scamming rather than Petfinder itself. But it just goes to show you that this world is totally full of scammers in every category and it is so sickening.

I love the idea of a special watermark.
