You can imagine I fell on my face when I saw that photo!!!!

I could not find other entries, like of LV members, I just couldnt figure out how to access the rest of the blog. Or whatever the hell it is. Fake blog.

This sort of hijacking of pics happens, even within the tPF community, where members' watermarked pics of genuine and/or inspired bags are being re-used by other posters inappropriately to illustrate details, or unfortunately criticized on a fake bag thread, or placed in a thread unbeknownst to the owner of the bag. I've seen it a few times on tPF and other forums and it just doesn't feel right either.

The images are not being directly linked from here, they save it to their server and link it from there...

Yes, it is theft but sadly, in this particular case, we can't do a thing about it. The publishers of that site are located in China, doubtful that threats of legal action would yield anything but long-drawn yawns.

In every case, and we've said this many times, do not post anything in the public internet space that you don't feel comfortable sharing. Anything is subject to be seen and/or abused by anyone. :tdown:

I thought there was a way to post pictures but that it cannot be saved (I mean when you go over the picture and do save as). I read it somewhere and I can't find it now and it probably is a hassle to do, I have to go out for dinner now, if I find it again I'll let you know.

Once a picture is published on the internet it can be copied by anyone. Legal actions can be made if the pictures are used to sell but this website is not claiming that the bags pictured are for sale. Even if they were using the pictures for sell since they are located in China we can't sadly do anything about it.
