Help! Next Chanel Handbag Purchase

Hello everyone!

I’d love your help picking out my next Chanel handbag. Attached below are the items I’m considering!

So far in my collection I own a black jumbo double flap in caviar with GHW, a beige medium trendy cc in chevron Lambskin with GHW, a small beige iridescent statement flap in caviar with LGHW, and a black business affinity backpack with GHW. I am clearly a fan of neutrals and would love grey for my next bag but also love this blue backpack which I have found in great condition on the resale market which may be harder to find again in the future while grey will most definitely make a come back or still be on the market in a few months, should I buy again.

Let me know your thoughts!

Didn't the jumbo just get an increase? Would it be worth it at the new price? Maybe the backpack to save funds, since you like the color and style.

@paris54531 would you be buying just one of these or both eventually? If both, I think it depends if the increase has happened where you are. If no increase yet, then I have to switch my vote to grey jumbo so you can save money and put it towards the backpack, but then you’re risking the backpack being sold in the meantime. If the increase has happened, then I say backpack because Grey jumbo you can always get later, but the same can’t be said for the blue backpack. If you’re only getting one, then I still vote for the backpack because from what you wrote, I got the feeling that’s where your gut is leading you. Plus who knows how long it will be available and it’s at an acceptable price to you.

@m_ichele I do think I would eventually buy both (If the backpack is still there, of course)! The colors I'm interested in purchasing in the future are grey, blue, white, and red (already have one red LV bag I adore, so not looking to get one from Chanel right away).

The price increase has not happened in my location yet. There is one more buyer that showed interest in the backpack first, so I am scared the seller may cancel my order if it's placed before them. If that is the case, I'll go with the jumbo but agree with you that with no guarantee of this color coming back for the backpack, it likely makes the most sense to try and purchase that one first and then the jumbo in a few months.
