HELP! Multicolore Speedy Discoloration!!!

I finally brought my bag into repair. They were amazed at the condition besides the discoloration. From what it says on my repair receipt they will replace the front pocket but said it can take 6-8 week.

Would you give me more info? Which store did you take it to? What reasons they gave you for the discoloration and if they did fix it? I took my mini speedy to my local LV store about a month ago. The employee was not receptive at all, after a couple of weeks they called me back saying it couldn’t be fixed since they didn’t have that leather anymore. Since I’m traveling soon to NYC and LA, I’m thinking of bringing my purse there. Thanks for your feedback!!!
My bag was a White Speedy 30 and the discoloration was on the external pocket corners which was a known defect. I heard from the glue and the alcantara bleeding through? They could not make the repairs as they didn't have the materials. Since the bag was in like new condition, they offered credit.

I hope someone can help me out. Im new here. My LV nano speedy changed color on both sides (on the picture you can see one side). My question is if LV will fix it for me? I bought it as a second hand bag very long time ago, this discoloration was not there that time. This bag is from 2003. I have good record in LV, however I never had expirience with second hand LV items and repair as this is my only second hand LV bag. Thanks a lot!

I think you should call several LV's and explain your situation. White multicolor is known to bleed and people have had success in the past with LV repairing the item. You might encounter a problem because it's second hand but you could omit that part or say it was a gift. You'll probably have to call a couple LV's because some SA's don't know much about the multicolor line, issues with it, and what they are allowed or supposed to do regarding it. Good luck!
