Ok so I wanted to update you all on the madness that has ensued from trying to get one of these bags! I learned that the coach store about an hr from me had the gold color so I thought I'd order the orange (it's my fav color, so I wanted to try!) and compare the 2 to each other. I ended up ordering it Saturday from a coach store out of the state. While trying to do this, everyone seemed very confused so I thought I'd do some checking up today & it turned out that the bag never got sent & every coach in the country sent back all their orange stripe bags to the factory on Sunday so they had no way of ordering it for me! Talk about bad timing!! Sooo I called the Coach 800 number & they let me order any color I wanted from their spring collection at a 40% discount bc they felt bad about the mix up! I did not know which to pick so the SA on the phone said punch was really nice so she is overnighting it to me for free!! She also said I could exchange it at no extra cost for a different color if I wasn't happy! Everyone was soo sweet! I did not even ask for any special treatment or anything! I am so happy & am keeping my fingers crossed for punch!

AHHH I'm soo fickle I feel horrible! I just called back & had them change the color to gold! I just kept staring at the pink online & I couldn't imagine it on me! I hope the gold is pretty though!

My husband got me the gold stripe for my birthday last week and I wish I got the crimson but I thought I would go with the neutral color and dress it up with scarfs. They had it displayed with the pink C's and that is the one I got. You can use about any color on it. The gold is not bright so it is very neutral. Good deal on your bag!

Go with punch or gold! i have actually seen the punch at 1 of 4 coach stores i have in the bay area!!! It is such a pretty color, but the gold would match more with anything...I have the signature stripe pouch in brown stripe...i really like it! :yes:

Thanks for the nice words everyone! I have a great yellow ladybug scarf I am thinking will look nice on the gold tote! I am just a little sad at the moment about the lost orange..hehe I know it's silly, but it is my favorite color! So if anyone does see it in a small size let me know please! As for now, I am looking forward to seeing the gold! And seriously, I cannot say enough about the customer service! I know it was their fault that I missed out on the color I ordered, but I think it was an honest mistake & they went above & beyond to help me out. That says alot about the company!
