I believe it is the Sac Harnais from 2008. I have one in navy blue canvass in the same size as the one you are posting.

I bought a similar one on the QM2 last year in natural canvas with royal blue straps. Never knew it had a name.
No leather on it, right? Does it look like a kelly or birkin from the side?
