Hello! Whoops I forgot to update. So basically LV took it away from me for about 2-3 weeks and said nothing could be done. Refused to provide me with store credits, as well as replacing the bag. Cited it as "normal". The bag isn't even 1 year old!

Hopefully you guys can get the issues resolved.

Really! I took mine in this past weekend but they said there is no need to send in as they would not be able to repair. They told me it was normal wear and tear, even though I insisted I have only had it two years and don't use it as an every day bag. One of the managers took pictures and said he would have someone review then and call me within a week.

Hi Nancy, have you heard back from the store on your issue? I am starting to experience the same problem with mine, wondering what LV is doing now in terms of finding resolutions. TIA!
