Help. Is this authentic?

Hello. I am thinking about purchasing this scraf for my mum, but know nothing about Hermes, so I need a little help from an expert. Can you tell me if this scarf is authentic and if the price is reasonable.

looks ok to me. It is 'souvenir d'asie' by rybaltchenko, from 1990.......she says 1991, but I have it as 1990....I would gladly pay 299 for it, it's below retail (just).

Hi, just wondering if there is something about that particular design that you must have? It's a pretty scarf. I have no way of knowing if it is real or not.. perhaps someone else will.

However, the price is basically $300 with no box. You can get one that you know is real, that comes in a box (half the fun of getting an H item!!) for just $20 more from Hermes.com. For giving a scarf as a gift, unless there was something about one on eBay that I just had to have or the price was amazing... I would prefer to buy direct from Hermès.
