Oh dear your poor DH has a lot to learn LOL . Tell him he is not alone . My DH once said to me that I am like a mountaineer I climb one mountain and immediately start planning my next expedition !sadly he is right but fortunately is well used to it now after 25 yearsI try to tell myself there could be much worse addictions
When I told my DH that I really wanted a second love bangle, he was absolutely astounded (and annoyed)"OH, you have to have TWO of them now??????? How many more will it take until you are satisfied????"
I had to tell him that his question has no answer....hee hee
I'm the same. I can only have it if I have funds available. The only time I ask for jewellery is for Birthday or Christmas. I have acquired a lot of jewellery over the years that I am now downsizing and not purchasing anymore.
Yeah my DH means well when he purchases jewellery for me, as he has done for Xmas, Valentines, birthday, etc. but he buys me GOLD jewellery & I only wear SILVER! As grateful as I am that he spoils me, I don't end up wearing the pieces he's given me because I don't like gold

MissMe, I never thought in my life I would love YG, when I was a teenager I like WG and any YG given by my parents I just asked them to keep it for me or change it to WG, a decade later,that all changed and Im really into YG now, I think also due to the change of my skin color? I used to be tan all the time ( tropical weather) but now that I'm in UK, I'm a bit fair. It's good to know that you keep the gold that he gave you because who knows maybe in the future you will start to love it like me.

I'm the same! I used to like only wg and silver but now I prefer yg and rg. I'm so glad I kept all the yg pieces my mum and relatives gave me as I wear them a lot now. So yes, keep all your gold pieces, you may fall in love with them someday!
A pretty purple stoned antique looking necklace that I'm going to layer with my Tiffany rose gold mini emblem lock. Shouldn't have got it but just had to have it! xMMx
Oh, you're not the only one. I did the same too! I bought the RTT tag bracelet. I was actually going to get it much later this year, but with the price increase, i decided to get it a few months earlier.
I feel a little guilty abt it.....but i've been wanting it for a long time (been lurking on ebay for months but decided to be safe & just buy in store to avoid getting a fake one) and i will still buy it eventually so it's not so bad, right?? (trying desperately to make myself feel better, LOL
