Wow...luckily i didn't buy any items from her as i was also tempted by her price, it's quite reasonable since they are usually vintage H bags and i really thought the condition is nearly mint.

However, i think like the rest said, it's better for you take ur bag for spa and i'm sure the problems will be resolved since sending back will cost more due to expensive shipping, it's not worthwhile.

Let us know how it turns out after the spa, we love to see before & after pics, i'm sure she will be a lovely bag once again:D

Lots of good advice being given here. There are many signs though that tell you what sort of seller she is and what kind of bag you're getting...and I don't know this seller and have never bought from her, but just my two cents: her photos are small, and blurry. She has negative or neutral feedback, which tell you a few buyers have had issues with her, plus she's had people stating on here they don't like the way she ships her items. Then there's the price of about $1,999? A very old bag is likely to smell musty. I'd try the excellent suggestions the ladies offered here.

I wanted to bump this thread as I know there has been controversy over this seller in the past. I just received a lovely Kelly from her at a great price. Yes, the packaging was less than stellar and the bag wasn't mint perfect, but the bag wasn't damaged during shipment and I felt the her listing accurately described the condition of the bag - plus I got a great deal! As always, buyer be ware and use the authentication thread, but I would buy another bag from her no problem.

Hi I just wanted to add something to this thread. I just bought a fantastic Hermes croc skin 18 k gold plated kelly scarf ring from this seller and I've got to say I've got no complaints. They were very pleasant, kept me informed when item was shipped and although the packaging could have been better it was sufficient and got through customs ok. The item itself was in lovely condition as described in the listing and I was 100% happy with the transaction. This seller's items are not too expensive they are not over-priced and I think some good buys can be had with them. Maybe they got better since the hick up with bag as they genuinely seemed to want to be pleasant to myself when I bought.

Hope this helps others - hey there are so many fakers out there least sluxury is an authentic seller.
