HELP!! how to unlock coffer??

hello ladies,

i finally got my coffer - my first miu miu purse - today afternoon in mail...

but i don't know how to unlock the front?! i can't open my purse!!

do i need to push the key harder?? i am so afraid to break it

please advise if you have a coffer...i really appreciate!!

Try pinching the two little knobs/balls in toward each other. Sometimes you have to work with it a bit to get it to open.

Once you unlock it with the key ...pull one of the knobs( left one) across inwards and it will unlock . I had this problem with my first coffer too !
