You can also file a police report and reference it when you contact corporate. Sounds like she does this to people a lot and barks loud enough that people assume she's right when she's not.
I agree and was going to suggest the same thing. Skip the drama of going thru customer service, call the police on this bully! I'd be curious how she spoke to THEM. But really, the reason is because police are the only ones who can demand viewing the camera footage. If this bully is going to refuse showing you the footage then she really leaves you no choice than to contact the police. I would do it sooner than later though, before she decides to destroy any evidence! If she catches on that you're filing complaints up the ladder, she most surely would destroy anything that proved her a liar and thief. Personally, I would contact police FIRST and once they're done dealing with her and sorting things out, THEN contact the higher ups and tell them what happened, and that you'd appreciate a new bag to replace the missing one and for the trauma you had to endure. If you go to them first with just accusations and no proof, they may brush you off too and say how good an employee she is, and blah blah blah, but if it's already been proven that she's a liar and thief, well then it changes everything for them. They won't really HAVE any other option than to replace the bag. Just my humble opinion. BTW I'm new here, hi! I despise bullies and I hope you not only get your bag back (or a new one!) but also maybe even teach this bully a lesson! I bet no ones ever stood up to her so she keeps doing her thing. Maybe this will stop that cycle.... Keep us posted!

Whoops I responded without seeing the date of this thread lol, my bad! Like I said, new here and learning the ropes ;) So happy that the right thing went down in the end. Good almost always prevails over bad and whatever happened that made things turn the corner for you, was a blessing. Hopefully your ordeal will help someone else down the road and save them from.a similar situation.... the best to you ❤️
