^^^Jenni, even if you get this Lorca, it won't satisfy your need to replace the plum. If you're willing to compromise and get the old style turnlock, it's only $20 more to get the plum lorca on the Bon.

True, but the old Plum is at least four years older than the Black... And I literally don't have a black bag. I know. I'm weird lol. I've been eyeing the turndown Euc Lorca but can't have another grey bag....

And maybe the longing for the Plum sample is in part a longing for a splash of color. Which the Teal glazed RM Mini B would satisfy :D

Oh ignore me... I'm a mess. The landscapers "smoothed out that trench you had in the back yard" (DH said sort of questioningly as we watched the first downpour of the monsoon season) So he and I had to throw on our Marmot jackets and go REDIG the trench that funneled water away from the house at the downspout. We are still tweaking the drainage lol. So girlfriend just shoveled mud in a downpour. Hence the gigantic, IKEA fishbowl of a wine glass filled to the brim.

Plus, ND, if I'm honest, I don't really dig the floral satin lining. It's a little Don Ho for me :p

ETA The shoveling was not good for my herniated disk.
ETAA I'm safe from the Lorca! Remembered that I have the fabulous Black Bowery, and that the ICP Lorca doubles as black for evening, plus has the wonderful patent sheen.

Phew! Can go back to deciding between the Daphne (thanks Sally) and the Euonymus. Which I think are basically the same type of plant... Broad leaf evergreen shrubs.

I hope this is reading like a stand-up routine :roflmfao: because it occurs to me that if I DID get the Eucalyptus Lorca, I could use it as my "daily" Lorca and save the remaining metallic finish on the Lead (and the turnlock) for special occasions...

Jenni - LOL. Do it! get the euc. Fortunately I am not a Lorca person. :p Hope your back is ok.

Aw that wild rose is making me regret passing up a 49 sq mi cosmetic bag from the sale that was nearly the same color.

And I think euonymus or whatever is the same as the daphne but daphne def sounds prettier and less eeyore-like. Or like some kind of pus. Well - it rhymes with pus. That's for you Jenni - in case you ever need to rhyme something with pus in a poem.

I thing you SHOULD get the euc lorca. YOu keep thinking about it. You can always get a shrub but euc lorcas might not pop up as often.

That makes me even more eager to receive my (now I know it to be) black onyx Sonia. It's at the post office waiting for me so earliest I can get it would be Monday morning. Yay for working from home that day so I can duck out at lunch.
