Bri, I don't blame you. Weird...the scarves just jumped from 30% off to 20% off and disappeared from my cart. There HH goes again playing with the pricing. I closed the window in disgust. pity.
 
So, not to :btdh:, but I posted again on HH's facebook page, stating that I'd emailed CS a few times, as suggested, but hadn't heard back from them, and what should I do since the phones were still out of service? Their reply? "Dear Deborah, Our CS hours are 9-5 M-F. Please allow 1 business day for a reply to your emails."

My reply? "Thanks. I have waited several business days for a reply to my emails, and I'm unable to reach anyone by phone. I guess I'm looking for an alternate way to contact CS since the suggested methods aren't working. Thanks."

Thanks for the comments on the Celina pg and p74, I'll go with something else even though the color sounds amazing.

There's a navy Barrow in my cart but I have serious reservations about ordering right now with the CS problems.

Thanks, fleur. I did just get an email from CS saying to just use the Bags Acquisition Corps label, that they've worked with UPS to make sure those packages get to them in Brooklyn. So, I'm going to do that. But still, no apology for the delay, no personalization to the message, no comment regarding the lack of phone service. Whatever. I'll send this item back and be done with them (once I get my refund).
 
Grrr. So I tried to recall the UPS package with my cuffs because I couldn't get through to HH. last week. Now I think they're in NJ and they might be heading back to SF because there's no way to cancel the return. But UPS is telling me different information everytime I call as far as having information about which way the package is heading. :pout:
