If anyone's got a private line to T&B, it would be a favor to them IMHO, to tell them people need responses in reasonable time, and that new products or not, us rats are jumping ship again. This is ridiculous.

^ I have some funds aside for cuffs, but I am not ordering ANYTHING until I get a response from CS about an ongoing issue I've had.
I don't know what the deal is. I think I got Ben because I kinda freaked out on them in a bunch of emails. I'm not sure who is doing the first line / front line CS work. I appreciate that they did get back to me but there were points were I know I wrote in and didn't get a response.
Oh yes and because they asked me to mention it - it looks like they worked with their UPS rep so that labels that say Bag Acquisition Corp will get to them ok.

I did get an email back from them today saying "we hope we've caught you in time" before I mailed back the exchange, just basically saying the Bag Corp thing will get to them eventually... but I'm still going to just send it straight to Brooklyn.
Oh no, Renee! Is it thinner than the Marmo Chestnut? It's definitely on the thin side, despite how rugged the finish looks. Take pics before you send it back, pretty please!

hey guys... the amethyst celina is a different leather i think - its stiffer and the leather on my carryall well, it just doesnt seem right the leather is just so thin.. i'll post pics before i send it back for sure...
i have no idea why i have never bought carryalls before - but i am in love - LOVE with them.. so much i ordered 2 more today. lol marmo black and another pewter - i'm in love with that pewter i tell ya
i need more, many more carryalls.

ok guys i went back and looked over my amethyst carryall - its actually just an area that is very "worn" is what i will call it - worn to the point of i think it could be easily damaged. the rest of the carryall is very much like my marmo chestnut which is just fine.
Eventually? And then add to that the eons it will take to get the refund.
Jenni, did they provide an alternate address, or are you still just using the one on the website for returns?
I'm so tired of this CS crap and am praying when I get to Point Roberts that they shipped the right stuff to me for my most recent orders.
I have sent stuff back to the Brooklyn address before when I was standing in the woods at the parking lot in Point Roberts, in a downpour, with the wrong stuff they sent to me, not able to reach CS on the phone or to access a computer to get an RMA, and no desire to bring something back across the border that I didn't want and have to pay customs and duties on it. RAnt over and out.
