Have you tried Apple Garde Spray on regular Gucci Canvas?

Have you tried Apple Garde Rain & Stain Repellant Spray on regular Gucci Canvas? Will it stain or change the texture?

Is it also ok to apply leather conditioner on colored leather trims? Will it cause any discoloration on the leather? I believe this is calf skin.

Here is the picture of tha bag. I am afraid to try since this is my first Gucci. I am not that familiar with Gucci. I am also new to the forum
