Has anyone shopped at One World Avenue/Cross Border Marketplace? Bad experience!

They show my order as completed and delivered to somewhere in the UK, but I'm in Canada. My address on their site is correct and since I paid with Paypal, they have my correct address as well. One World Avenue is very slow to respond to emails, so I don't know what to do.

Since I paid with Paypal, should I try and do a chargeback? I've never done that before.

I'm kind of annoyed, I'd love some advise!

Hi Jayne1 would you mind sharing what subsequently happened with your purchase? I am also looking at buying a handbag from One World Avenue and would like to know whether it's a good place to buy from. PS I'm from Australia. Thanks!

They told me it wasn't in stock and refunded my money. My item is still up for sale though, even though it apparently isn't in stock.
