I think they are likely to encourage you to come in to the store (rather than discussing inventory on the phone)...

i was just at the vegas store this weekend and they had NO birkins or kelly on display. However, there was some woman being helped, and this one SA asked the SA that was helping me out if they still had the flat kelly "at the back" so I gave my SA a look and I was like "hmmmm....the secret stash :graucho: :graucho: ..." jokingly and then he was like "yup, the secret stash" that was really funny because I've never been offered anything at the back and I wanted to ask him but couldn't muster up the courage:sweatdrop:

Unless you have a relationship with someone in the store, I've never known them to give out any information over the phone. At times, my SA has asked me to step into the back to look at a bag. The Dallas store, well, let's just say, they aren't overly friendly.

Yes, as with most boutiques .. they have a hidden stash in the back .. there are a couple of very nice SA's there .. they usually have a nice stock of Evelynes there for anyone looking for one. And tons of accessories!

No, I don't hang out in the casino. DH had a bit of luck however....he always does so I leave the gambling to him while I go shopping and spend all the winnings:roflmfao: Although DH does go with me to Hermes.... the SA are always more responsive to him;)
