I've ordered and returned from Bal.com and it was a pretty smooth experience. I think all the bags they send require a signature for delivery so if no one is home to sign you can either set a time w/ups for delivery or pick it up at one of their distribution centers. I live two towns over from one so I called UPS and they set it up so I could pick it up from the distribution center when the truck came back.
