HI all, I'm starting a collection of handbags and need to make a decision...

Does anyone here do handbags or hardware and could suggest which types of hardware are most eco friendly, ethical and durable? I'm at sampling phase and need to pick hardware, not sure which from brass, nickel, zinc, zamack etc... are most ethical/eco-friendly while still being durable/scratch-resistant/no-peeling etc. And the internet is confusing me even more!

Any advice would be welcomed!
Thank you!

Oooh exciting, make sure to display your bags here when you're ready!

Titanium is durable, light and it has a smaller carbon footprint than most other metals.
