Ok guys, I stopped by Nordstrom's after my workout today and here's my intel.
The black bag is the 20 and the blue one is the 23. The 23 is just like a lunchbox size and too big for my needs. I ordered 2 colors on the 20 size over the weekend or last week and they should arrive this Wednesday. I tried to take a bunch of pictures. I'm 5'1 and a half (just kidding about the half ) for reference.

Yay! Thank you for all the great comparison photos! I do like that even though smaller overall they did not skimp on the width of the 20... keeps it pretty roomy!

The 20 looks great on you! The 23 too but a bit overwhelming. Too much flat surface area perhaps??

I'm too short to carry bigger bags for the most part. Plus I've pared my belongings down so nowadays I like to just keep my bags lighter and smaller.

I'm too short to carry bigger bags for the most part. Plus I've pared my belongings down so nowadays I like to just keep my bags lighter and smaller.

I'm with you on paring down belongings. The odd time I wish I had a bag large enough to put my lunch in, but most of the time I carry very small bags. I just don't know what to do with all the extra space in totes, though I've been looking for one when I travel for work and need to carry a laptop and some papers and a notebook.

Works in my favour because I find the small bags are the cutest!

I don't think the 23 looks overwhelming on you but the 20 is certainly more in-keeping with your petite frame.

I ordered the all black and a black and white one like this.... If I like it hopefully I can wear it on the back side because his name is just too prominent on the bag.
