"Halo" Ring Setting - which shape diamonds look best with it? share your pics!

Any shpe looks good in the halo setting. Personally, I like rectangular-shpaed halo rings! Cushion or EC. I'm done with rings, but Harry Winston's cushion-cut micro pave setting is nice to have! hehehe

Mine is a round in a halo shape.

This is what I want to do with my round diamond, set it in a cushion halo. How can I make it look its best so there is no gap?

Also, I love the micro-pave look, should I do micro-paves on the halo? Anyone who has photos of their round diamond set in a cushion halo, I would love to see them. TIA!
