Hall of Shame: Post the Ebay H Fakes Here!

Hi Ladies, my post may be a bit different & I hope it's OK to ask my question here? I've seen this bag on ebay and it's pretty obvious that one is an "inspired by" ;-( of the other so I came here to the "identify this" thread as I'd like to try and get an original of the bag. A lovely poster (AllSaints) told me it's an Hermes, so I'm reposting here - from the 1st thread:

"These are pics of a bag from a Korean ebay seller. The brown bag may be the original?, and the grey is a copy ... inspired by ... whatever. I'm trying to identify the original designer, as I'd like to buy the original bag if it's still around?"

You are correct this isn't the right thread, but the Hermes bag is called the Halzan and it is still available.

Oh my GOSH my friends,

Look what I just learned about this morning. I am HORRIFIED!! How can we make people aware of this nightmare site??

I contacted Sam at the real Haute Gallery that many of us have bought from, and let him know that this was posted. This was his response:

"Please be advised that our company, Haute Gallery, Inc only sells here:

www.HauteGallery.com ( .COM )

We are NOT associated with www.HauteGallery.net ( .NET ).

nor Haute-Gallery.com, which have stolen our copyrighted pictures without prior consent. Those sites sell only replicate and counterfeits item.

Unfortunately, those companies are operated oversea and not under United State jurisdiction. We reserve our right to pursuit this in the court of law.

If you could clarify the issue at The Purse Forum, it would be greatly appreciated!"

Thank you Teressa!
