Given the seller's description of how he or she got the bag and the seller's low number of eBay transactions, I'm inclined to believe this person got duped and isn't necessarily trying to dupe others (just don't want to unnecessarily malign someone's eBay reputation). Anyway, I will leave this information here for others to confirm and report. TIA!

She's also selling same Tyrien in other hardware under different username with same fake receipt. When I contacted her she said she doesn't want to keep the bag bcz it's too small for her. I think she meant too fake for her.

Please report it to ebay. I have called ebay and tell them the item was fake. I feel really bad if someone pays that much for a fake Birkin. I'll try to find the other listing tomorrow. Please quote the other listing in here. I hate when people do this. Don't they know some people save up in years to buy Birkin!!!!
Look at her invoice, only $53.25 tax based on 8.88% rate, so only $600+ for a birkin 30.
The seller has feedback of 7, only one of which is for selling something. The others are as a buyer and it appears to be those .99 purchases some Ebayers make to rack up quick feedback.
Not directing this at you, but it's really important for potential buyers to really look at a seller - have they sold the same item before/repeatedly? Do they have a track record of selling similar luxury goods? Are they established on their selling platform.
There are a ton of red flags with this seller, not even considering this auction in particular.
People are often so blinded by their desire to obtain something they don't do even the slightest due diligence and just assume Ebay (or the selling platform or their credit card) will protect them if something goes wrong.
We say it over and over and over in the authentication threads - know your seller.
