If you reported the listing to ebay, nothing really happened, the listing is still running. I don't understand how this works, what is this seller sending to the winning bidder if they don't have the bag? I understand the pictures where stolen.

I have reported items many times and nothing happens, I don't know why Ebay bother to keep that function if they're not going to act on them.
As for what will that seller send out ...... possibly a replica/copy/whatever :shrugs:

They may send out nothing at all. Depending on the value, they may have another paypal account that let them withdraw money right away. So many of these on Ebay.
