On December 9, the seller added this note:

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE:
Attention bidders I just got a message from a buyer that told me this scarf is a counterfeit copy....its still an awesome Silk Scarf...Just so you know what your Bidding on...i had no idea I just looked it up today and put it on ebay...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...so i am leaving it on.

I wrote her a polite (but firm) note telling her that since it is NOT an Hermes scarf, her title should not SAY that it is an Hermes scarf. I doubt that it will do any good, but at least I tried...:shrugs:

I expect she has been told that by more than one person, as is usually the case. She chooses to believe that the scarf is "awesome" and therefore she can violate the law and sell it. I bet my car that the rag is polyester and not silk to begin with - ugh...

Hi there,

I recently-ish bought a Burberry Handbag from " shelks " , by the time
I had it authenticated and proved to be a replica (which I have in
writing) It was too late.
Apparantly, needs to be within 45 days..

I contacted " shelks " who was really really horrible , mean, sarcastic etc.
We know she sells fake/counterfeit items and will not admit to it.

She is still selling these "100pc Genuine , Authentic " items.

I had initially given her positive feedback and learned subsequently that I couldn't change it to negative.

Is there any hope?
