I don't think that's true...my PM arrived last Monday and came with both but the product page didn't say they were included eithe but they are indeed in the bag.

Is the brown one the barenia faubourg leather?

Yes the brown one is barenia. I am a little embarrassed to say I have 4. PM in Barenos and PM in bleu sapphire and GM in gold and GM in caban (custom painted). Darker ones I use more in winter/night/work and the lighter ones more in summer/casual dress. For several years I avoided the HAD thinking the style (single strap crossbody and the online photos that show the model wearing it cross chest) wasn’t for me until I tried one on in a boutique, realized I could wear it on my back and fell instantly in love.

Got my GM today and it’s gorgeous but I think I’m leaning towards the PM? I have a Bottega intrecciato backpack for when I have a lot to carry. I find the proportion of the GM to throw me off vs the PM? Maybe I just need fresh eyes on it in the morning.

Agree - GM definitely looks/feels like a bigger backpack not a small daypack like the PM. For me each has a different use case so use case drives which is better.

No back pocket but there a inner pocket.. I screen shots some online details show you the hardware size is larger than standard Kelly hardware.. which makes Hac a dos different..

Does the Hac a Dos PM hardware match any other bags like the Birkin sizes? I'm looking for clear plastic protectors for the hardware scratches and they come pre cut for popular sizes like Birkin and Kelly but they don't have Hac a Dos PM.

Sone photos below comparing HAD PM hardware to some others - the Kelly 40 is a very close if not identical match in size - the HAD PM hardware is much bigger in both the B35 and a HAC Birkin 35.
