I'm wondering how practical it is.
No back pocket but there a inner pocket.. I screen shots some online details show you the hardware size is larger than standard Kelly hardware.. which makes Hac a dos different..

Haven't used it much yet, but will report back as I go. It's such a great size. I won't baby it too much as I am looking forward to seeing how the BF patinas over time. Hope you get one too!!

Reporting back after a month!
Okay, it's not the most practical. To be honest, I've mostly been wearing it out as a fashion accessory, as it's fussy to open/close and I don't feel it's safe to wear it on my back open.
BUT I've recently started wearing it on my front (which I thought I'd hate, but I kind of like it), with the flap tucked, sides cinched, sangles fastened, and it's secure while leaving enough of an accessible opening to reach in to grab my card holder, keys, sunglasses, etc. I keep my card holder in the inside pocket, which is perfect for it.
It's just such an attractive bag that I find myself wanting to wear it out even if I don't need the space....

Any recommendations on inserts? It’s swift leather inside (none of my wife’s bags are like this), and I find it rather cool… but maybe that’s why it’s so comparatively expensive. I want to protect the inner leather as much as possible
Hmm I’ve never really thought about an insert for the PM since the capacity is so small anyway and the BF is quite structured in the small size. Maybe one of the Etsy shops can custom make one for you?

Nope, not at all. Though I only ever put card holder, sunglasses case, phone, notebook in there - I won’t put loose keys or anything sharp/pointy!

I love this bag. I saw one IRL at the Balenciaga on Avenue Montaigne and the wearer said it was his fave bag.
